Serving judicial civil process in northwest Florida, and the counties of Bay, Gulf, and Walton, including subpoena, summons, foreclosures, evictions, and other writs; as well as court filings, and document retrieval.

Emerald Coast Protective Services, Inc. was founded in 1997, by Rolan Peak, who has been working in the legal field for over 30 years as a police officer, private investigator, and civil process server. All servers undergo annual continual education; and are either court certified or sheriff appointed. We serve all forms of judicial civil process and have developed a specialty in the foreclosure field. Emerald Coast Protective Services, Inc. has quietly grown into the largest civil process serving firm in the central panhandle of Florida, providing unrivaled service to our clients. We believe that true professionals continually strive to improve their knowledge and skills.

With that philosophy in mind, we have the only Accredited Process Server recognized by the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers, in our primary coverage area.
